Short Order Grill Cook/Banquet Cook (part time)

The Short Order Grill Cook is available to work on Sunday Mornings at the grill station in the Bistro Café. They will also assist with catered events on an as-needed basis.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Sets up the grill station and stocks it with all products needed for Sunday operation.
  • Prepares a variety of breakfast foods that are offered on our steam table during Sunday operation.
  • Works at the Grill station during hours of operation and cooks to order a variety of Grilled and Fried Foods.
  • Responsible for the cleaning of all equipment in the Grill Station at closing time. Example: Clean the Griddle, Char-broiler and Fryer. Also, clean all stainless-steel tables and the overall grill station area.
  • Clean Food prep areas in the main kitchen.
  • Make sure all food products are placed back in their proper storage area.
  • On an as needed basis, to assist with catered events

Education and Experience
  • Previous experience in a family style restaurant that offers breakfast and lunch menus
  • Available to work on Sunday from 7:30 a.m. until 2 p.m.
