Festival Tips

Tips for a Great Festival Experience

Medical/Security Tents

  • Our security tent can be found at the top of the north hill. Look for a large balloon or view our map.
  • Create a family plan in the event of separation: i.e. meet at the medical/security tent at the top of the hill.
  • We have four medical tents located around the campus (check out these locations on our festival map).

General Tips

  • As you leave church services that Sunday morning, July 1, please be sure not to leave any cars on the campus so that we can quickly begin setting up for the festival.
  • No tents nor umbrellas are allowed in the concert seating area.
  • Don’t forget your bug spray and sunscreen!
  • Bring your own lawn chairs or blankets (bring chairs especially if the ground will be wet).
  • The use of drones is not allowed on church grounds.
  • Also prohibited: fireworks, alcohol, grilling and firearms
  • Our new exit road will be closed during the festival. After the fireworks have concluded, the road will be open for use as you exit the campus.

Parental Tips

  • Please accompany young children at all times–especially for any activity near the lake!
  • Create a family plan in the event of separation: i.e. meet at the medical/security tent at the top of the hill.
  • Connect with your children at dusk so you are aware of their location when it becomes dark.

Food Tips

  • No grilling is permitted on church grounds.
  • No alcohol is permitted on church grounds.
  • If you do not wish to purchase your food, you are welcome to bring a picnic meal for your family.
  • Our Atrium Coffee Shop and Bistro 59 café will also be open during Festival hours (near entrance #1). Stop by to enjoy air conditioning, cold drinks and tasty menu choices!
