Guest Experience Coordinator

Help to create a fantastic first impression for everyone who attends Calvary every week.

Main Responsibilities
  • Recruit, develop, coach, and oversee Guest Experience volunteers
  • Manage the scheduling and training of all volunteers
  • Oversee the upkeep of all supplies and data entry
  • Assist the Guest Experience Director with projects and tasks as directed

Key Requirements
  • Experience with building and managing teams
  • Strong administrative, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for making all guests feel at home, especially those who are new to Calvary
  • An enthusiastic and hospitable demeanor
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • The ability to create systems and structure, but to go with the flow when needed

Work Schedule
  • 20 hours per week
  • TBD weekdays 11 hours total + Saturdays 4–8 p.m., Sundays 8:00 a.m.–1 p.m.
