A two-day experience, built around one thing.
Encounter is a Spirit-led, soul-refreshing, power-filled women's church conference hosted at Calvary Church in Naperville, IL. This two-day experience is built around authentic worship, biblical teaching, community connection, and personal transformation.
Whether you're new to faith or a seasoned believer, Encounter is a space to meet with God - to pause, breathe, and see Him more clearly. And as you behold Him, something deeper happens. The Spirit begins a work within you - inner transformation.

Alicia Britt Chole
Author & Leadership Mentor
Dr. Alicia Britt Chole is an award-winning author and international speaker based in the Ozarks, with a doctorate in leadership and spiritual formation. She founded Leadership Investment Intensives, offering soul care for leaders in business and ministry, and is known for turning honest questions about faith into truth that actually changes how you live.
Laura Lee
Director of Partner Development, Inspire Global Sisterhood
Pastor Laura Lee is an ordained pastor and church planter out of North Carolina, with more than 30 years in ministry. She founded Generations, one of the state's largest women's ministries, and now travels the world encouraging women and girls to make sharing their faith normal.
Sharon Ward
Co-Pastor, INSIGHT Church
Sharon Ward is a pastor, speaker, and entrepreneur who believes every woman is called to carry faith and purpose into the next generation. She hosts Point of Grace, a television program for honest conversations through a biblical lens, and co-founded the National Prayer Altar at the Museum of the Bible.
Abigail Cruz
18 · Youth Speaker
Abigail is 18 and has grown up right here at Calvary, preaching in Youth and our Español services. This year she's stepping up as a youth speaker at Encounter, sharing how God's love has transformed her and her heart for reaching the next generation.

Breaking Strongholds
For those seeking freedom from shame, fear, wounds, abuse, confusion, and silence. God offers healing - and holy boundaries - for whatever you've been carrying.
