The Content Director is responsible for the creation, development, and implementation of engaging and biblically sound content for the children's ministry. This role involves coordinating with Kid’s Pastor, Directors, volunteers, and parents to ensure a cohesive and impactful ministry experience for children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop age-appropriate lesson plans, activities, and resources that align with Calvary church's vision and core values.
• Create and curate multimedia content, including videos, songs, and interactive materials, to enhance the learning experience.
• Ensure all content is engaging, educational, and spiritually enriching.
• Plan and implement a comprehensive curriculum for various age groups within the children's ministry.
• Adapt and update curriculum regularly to meet the evolving needs of the ministry and the children.
• Assist in training the Kid’s ministry team of volunteers to effectively deliver the content.
• Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for volunteers to ensure high-quality teaching and leadership.
• Foster strong relationships with the Kid’s ministry staff and volunteers, providing regular updates on curriculum.
• Create resources and opportunities for parents to engage in their children's spiritual growth at home.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Theology, Education, Child Development, or a related field (preferred).Experience in children’s ministry or educational content creation.
• Strong biblical knowledge and ability to convey religious concepts in an age-appropriate manner.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in multimedia tools and software for content creation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with church staff, volunteers, and parents.
• Passionate about children’s spiritual growth and development.
