Full-Time

Head Cook

Calvary Foodservice provides for a variety of menu functions. The Head Cook would lead in the preparation of all foods for three key areas:
School & Daycare Lunch Menu, Sunday Bistro Café, and Catered Events for Internal Functions at Calvary Church

Preschool-2 Teacher (Calvary Christian School, full time)

Our Preschool teachers bring warmth, patience, and understanding to their rooms every day, encouraging children to learn and grow. They are committed to making our center successful and know that creating meaningful relationships with children, families, and their team plays a crucial role in that success. The Preschool-2 Teacher is responsible for providing a safe and nurturing Christian environment for preschool-2 (2 years-3 years) to develop and reach age-appropriate milestones.

School-Age Teacher/Floater (Calvary Christian School)

The School-age teacher is responsible for providing a safe, nurturing Christian environment with engaging activities to stimulate the school-ager attention. Assist the school-ager with homework. Create age-appropriate activities following the themes of the Kids Club vision and values. Break all of the teachers for their restroom breaks, as well as lunch breaks.

Preschool 3 Teacher (Calvary Christian School)

Our Preschool teachers bring warmth, patience, and understanding to their rooms every day, encouraging children to learn and grow. They are committed to making our center successful and know that creating meaningful relationships with children, families, and their team plays a crucial role in that success. The Lead Preschool-3 Teacher is responsible for providing a safe and nurturing Christian environment for preschool-3 (3 years-4 years) to develop and reach age-appropriate milestones.

Elementary Teacher (Calvary Christian School)

The Teacher shall prayerfully help students learn attitudes, skills, and subject matter that will contribute to their development as mature, able, and responsible Christians to the praise and glory to God.

Jr. High Math and Science Teacher (Calvary Christian School)

Math and Science Teachers are responsible for imparting knowledge and developing a student’s skills in mathematics and science.

Young Adult Family Pastor

The role of the Young Adult Family Pastor is to build the staff, teams, systems, and processes that direct young adults and young families onto pathways designed to help them become fully devoted holistic followers of Christ.

Jr. Kindergarten Teacher (CCS)

The Teacher shall prayerfully help students learn attitudes, skills, and subject matter that will contribute to their development as mature, able, and responsible Christians to the praise and glory of God.

Wobbler (age 14 months–2 years) Preschool Teacher

The Wobbler Teacher is responsible for providing a safe and nurturing Christian environment for children ages 14 months to 2 years in order to develop and reach age-appropriate milestones. Calvary Preschool's teachers bring warmth, patience, and understanding to their rooms every day, encouraging children to learn and grow. Our teachers are committed to making our center successful and know that creating meaningful relationships with children, families, and their team plays a crucial role in that success.

Infant (6 weeks–14 months) Teacher

The Infant Teacher is responsible for providing a safe and nurturing Christian environment for infants to develop and reach age-appropriate milestones. Calvary Preschool's  teachers bring warmth, patience, and understanding to their rooms every day, encouraging children to learn and grow. They are committed to making our center successful and know that creating meaningful relationships with children, families, and their team plays a crucial role in that success.

Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing diversified duties related to building construction, plumbing and electrical work. Position will install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain the facility and the facilities equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives.

Part-Time

Receptionist (School-age Programs)

The receptionist will attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face. Supply information regarding the organization to the general public, clients, and customers.

Preschool-2 Teacher (CCS, part time)

Our Preschool teachers bring warmth, patience, and understanding to their rooms every day, encouraging children to learn and grow. They are committed to making our center successful and know that creating meaningful relationships with children, families, and their team plays a crucial role in that success. The Preschool-2 Teacher is responsible for providing a safe and nurturing Christian environment for preschool-2 (2 years-3 years) to develop and reach age-appropriate milestones.

Music Teacher (CCS)

The Music Teacher will be responsible for teaching music education to students in JrK - 8th grades. The music teacher is responsible for growth in their music development and appreciation of the music through singing, movement, playing instruments, some drama, and theatrical components as well as performing in two musicals per year. The music teacher would oversee Kindergarten graduations and other holiday events such as veteran’s day.

School-Age Teacher/Floater (CCS, part time)

The School-age teacher is responsible for providing a safe, nurturing Christian environment with engaging activities to stimulate the school-ager attention. Assist the school-ager with homework. Create age-appropriate activities following the themes of the Kids Club vision and values. Break all of the teachers for their restroom breaks, as well as lunch breaks.

Resource Teacher/Librarian

The Resource Teacher provides students with extra support with classwork and homework that encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic potential. Librarians manage the operation of a library, coordinate monthly book club information to parents, conduct two book fairs annually, and assist with Read-a-Thon.

Foodservice Server/Fry Cook

Foodservice Server/Fry Cook can be scheduled to assist the Chef at the fry station or to serve prepared foods from the steamtable serving line in the Bistro Café.

Teacher's Aide (CCS)

The Teacher’s Aide is to assist the classroom teacher with implementing instruction in a learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic potential.

School Maintenance Worker (CCS)

Maintenance worker’s job is to perform routine and extensive range of work in the repair and general maintenance of facilities, buildings, and equipment under general supervision. They execute work within established procedures and process under both verbal and written instructions.

Summer Camp Counselor/Floater Teacher

Our summer Camp Counselor brings warmth, patience, and understanding to their rooms every day, encouraging children to learn and grow. They are committed to making our center successful and know that creating meaningful relationships with children, families, and their team plays a crucial role in that success.

Bistro Cashier

The Bistro cashier requires candidates who can handle monetary transactions in a fast paced environment. Candidates for this position must be personable, with a talent for administering customer service. Bistro cashiers manage all monetary exchanges in the Bistro by taking orders and ringing up transactions, serve as a liaison between the customer, the managerial staff and the cooks, and keep the front area of the restaurant clean and well stocked.

Preschool Teacher

Our Preschool teachers bring warmth, patience, and understanding to their rooms every day, encouraging children to learn and grow. They are committed to making our center successful and know that creating meaningful relationships with children, families, and their team plays a crucial role in that success. This position is a 12-month position and hours can vary during the summer months.

Groundskeeper

Groundskeeper’s job is to perform routine and extensive range of work in the general maintenance and upkeep of the facility grounds and grounds keeping equipment under general supervision. Grounds include those at Calvary Naperville, Calvary West at Sugar Grove, and Calvary Benton Street locations.
