Full-Time

Technical Director (full time)

The Technical Director oversees all technical aspects of visual and audio components at Calvary Church in order to help people know God, find freedom, discover their purpose, and make a difference.

Maintenance Worker (full time)

The Maintenance Worker is responsible for performing diversified duties related to building upkeep and minor repairs.

Maintenance Technician  (full time)

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing diversified duties related to building construction, plumbing and electrical work. Position will install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain the facility and the facilities equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives.

Part-Time

Worship & Production Coordinator (part time)

The Worship & Production Coordinator provides administrative and worship leadership support for Worship and Live Production departments in order to help Calvary accomplish our four pillars: Know God, Find Freedom, Discover Purpose and Make a Difference.

Groundskeeper (part time)

Groundskeeper’s job is to perform routine and extensive range of work in the general maintenance and upkeep of the facility grounds and grounds keeping equipment under general supervision. Grounds include those at Calvary Naperville, Calvary West at Sugar Grove, and Calvary Benton Street locations.

Full-Time

Head of School/High School Principal

The Head of School is responsible for the mission and vision of Calvary Christian School. This person is the chief executive officer, responsible for all aspects of instruction, personnel, and operations, and establishing a culture of values for Preschool, K-8 programs, and Summer Camps. The Head of School will launch (and lead) a High School that aligns with the same mission, vision and values. This person  will lead, equip and inspire a team of people who have the talents to operate the school in line with the mission. This person must also poss a deep commitment and passion for Christian education. The ultimate goal is to lead a unique and high-quality school that provides excellence in academic education and is built on and establishes a Christian, biblical worldview.

School Director of Operations and Admissions (full-time)

The Director of Operations and Admissions fulfills the mission of Calvary Christian School by planning, guiding, and evaluating the school's admissions efforts and performing various secretarial, clerical, and administrative duties in support of the school's operation and support of the principal and staff. The director is a motivated quick learner able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, this position will be responsible for recruiting students for admission to Calvary Christian School.

Director of Development (full-time, variable hours)

The Director of Development fulfills the mission of Calvary Christian School by planning, guiding, and evaluating the school's fundraising and marketing efforts. Additionally, this position will establish community partnerships, join community events, and host parent partnerships events.

Middle School Teacher (full time)

The Middle School Teacher shall prayerfully help students learn attitudes, skills, and subject matter that will contribute to their development as mature, able, and responsible Christians to the praise and glory to God.

Elementary Teacher (full time)

At Calvary Christian School, the elementary teacher shall prayerfully help students learn attitudes, skills, and subject matter that will contribute to their development as mature, able, and responsible Christians to the praise and glory to God.

School Maintenance Worker (full time)

Maintenance worker’s job is to perform routine and extensive range of work in the repair and general maintenance of facilities, buildings, and equipment under general supervision. They execute work within established procedures and process under both verbal and written instructions.

IT Support - School & Preschool (full time)

The purpose of the IT Support person is to assist in the set up and repair of PCs and other network equipment and to offer support to the School Principal over the School and Preschool.

Part-Time

Preschool 3 Teacher (part-time)

Our Preschool teachers bring warmth, patience, and understanding to their rooms every day, encouraging children to learn and grow. They are committed to making our center successful and know that creating meaningful relationships with children, families, and their team plays a crucial role in that success. The Preschool-3 Teacher is responsible for providing a safe and nurturing Christian environment for preschool-3 (3 years-4 years) to develop and reach age-appropriate milestones.

Preschool 4 Teacher (part-time)

Our part-time Preschool teachers bring warmth, patience, and understanding to their rooms every day, encouraging children to learn and grow. They are committed to making our center successful and know that creating meaningful relationships with children, families, and their team plays a crucial role in that success. The Preschool-4 Teacher is responsible for providing a safe and nurturing Christian environment for preschool-4 (4 years-5 years) to develop and reach age-appropriate milestones.

Teacher's Aide (part-time)

The Teacher’s Aide is to assist the classroom teacher with implementing instruction in a learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic potential.

Calvary Preschool Camp Counselor/Floater Teacher (part-time)

Our Calvary Preschool summer Camp Counselor/Floater Teacher brings warmth, patience, and understanding to their preschool rooms every day, encouraging children to learn and grow. They are committed to making our center successful and know that creating meaningful relationships with children, families, and their team plays a crucial role in that success.

Calvary Preschool Preschool-2 Teacher (part time)

Our Preschool teachers bring warmth, patience, and understanding to their rooms every day, encouraging children to learn and grow. They are committed to making our center successful and know that creating meaningful relationships with children, families, and their team plays a crucial role in that success. The Preschool-2 Teacher is responsible for providing a safe and nurturing Christian environment for preschool-2 (2 years-3 years) to develop and reach age-appropriate milestones.
