Seeking Candidates for Principal of Christian High School

This ministry-minded, visionary, and entrepreneurial leader will plan, develop, implement, and oversee the addition of 9th through 12th grades for Calvary Christian School consistent with the Calvary mission, vision, and values and the requirements for an accredited Christian high school in Illinois. The ultimate goal is to lead a unique and high-quality high school extending the excellence in academic education of Calvary Christian School built on and advancing a Christian biblical worldview.

IT Support: Calvary Christian School and Preschool (full time)

The purpose of the IT Support person is to assist in the set up and repair of PCs and other network equipment and to offer support to the School Principal over the School and Preschool.

Nursery Coordinator (full time)

The role of the Nursery Coordinator is to oversee ministry to kids 3 years of age and under in a way that aligns with the overall vision of Calvary Kids.

Head Cook (full time)

Calvary Foodservice provides for a variety of menu functions. The Head Cook would lead in the preparation of all foods for three key areas:
School & Daycare Lunch Menu, Sunday Bistro Café, and Catered Events for Internal Functions at Calvary Church

Preschool-2 Teacher (Calvary Preschool, full time)

Our Preschool teachers bring warmth, patience, and understanding to their rooms every day, encouraging children to learn and grow. They are committed to making our center successful and know that creating meaningful relationships with children, families, and their team plays a crucial role in that success. The Preschool-2 Teacher is responsible for providing a safe and nurturing Christian environment for preschool-2 (2 years-3 years) to develop and reach age-appropriate milestones.

Family Pastor (full time)

The role of the Family Pastor is to build the staff, teams, systems, and processes that direct young adults and young families onto pathways designed to help them become fully devoted holistic followers of Christ.

Wobbler (age 14 months–2 years) Preschool Teacher (Calvary Preschool, full time)

The Wobbler Teacher is responsible for providing a safe and nurturing Christian environment for children ages 14 months to 2 years in order to develop and reach age-appropriate milestones. Calvary Preschool's teachers bring warmth, patience, and understanding to their rooms every day, encouraging children to learn and grow. Our teachers are committed to making our center successful and know that creating meaningful relationships with children, families, and their team plays a crucial role in that success.

Infant (6 weeks–14 months) Teacher (Calvary Preschool, full time)

The Infant Teacher is responsible for providing a safe and nurturing Christian environment for infants to develop and reach age-appropriate milestones. Calvary Preschool's  teachers bring warmth, patience, and understanding to their rooms every day, encouraging children to learn and grow. They are committed to making our center successful and know that creating meaningful relationships with children, families, and their team plays a crucial role in that success.

Maintenance Worker (full time)

The Maintenance Worker is responsible for performing diversified duties related to building upkeep and minor repairs.

Part-Time

Barista, Sundays (part-time)

The barista is responsible for serving all products with friendly, individualized attention towards each customer. The barista fulfills any other duties the Foodservice Manager assigns and represents the Coffee Shop in a professional manner. Hours: 7:30 a.m.–2 p.m.

The barista is responsible for serving all products with friendly, individualized attention towards each customer. The barista fulfills any other duties the Foodservice manager assigns and represents the Coffee Shop in a professional manner.  This position requires a  2-weekday minimum (7:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m.) and Sunday mornings (7:30 a.m.–2 p.m.).

Lunchroom Server (part time)

The purpose of the Lunchroom Server is to help prepare and serve hot lunch to school and daycare program in a timely manner. During down times, the Lunchroom Server may be called upon to help in any area of the Cafe.

Short Order Grill Cook/Banquet Cook (part time)

The Short Order Grill Cook is available to work on Sunday Mornings at the grill station in the Bistro Café. The cook will also assist with catered events on an as needed basis.

Preschool-2 Teacher (Calvary Preschool, part time)

They are committed to making our center successful and know that creating meaningful relationships with children, families, and their team plays a crucial role in that success. The Preschool-2 Teacher is responsible for providing a safe and nurturing Christian environment for preschool-2 (2 years-3 years) to develop and reach age-appropriate milestones.

After School Teacher (Calvary Christian School, part time)

The After School Teacher is responsible for providing a safe, nurturing Christian environment with engaging activities to stimulate the school-ager attention. Assist the school-ager with homework. Create age-appropriate activities following the themes of the Kids Club vision and values. Break all of the teachers for their restroom breaks, as well as lunch breaks.

Foodservice Server/Fry Cook (part time)

Foodservice Server/Fry Cook can be scheduled to assist the Chef at the fry station or to serve prepared foods from the steamtable serving line in the Bistro Café.

School Maintenance Worker (Calvary Christian School, part time)

Maintenance worker’s job is to perform routine and extensive range of work in the repair and general maintenance of facilities, buildings, and equipment under general supervision. They execute work within established procedures and process under both verbal and written instructions.

Bistro Cashier (part time)

The Bistro cashier requires candidates who can handle monetary transactions in a fast paced environment. Candidates for this position must be personable, with a talent for administering customer service. Bistro cashiers manage all monetary exchanges in the Bistro by taking orders and ringing up transactions, serve as a liaison between the customer, the managerial staff and the cooks, and keep the front area of the restaurant clean and well stocked.

Groundskeeper (part time)

Groundskeeper’s job is to perform routine and extensive range of work in the general maintenance and upkeep of the facility grounds and grounds keeping equipment under general supervision. Grounds include those at Calvary Naperville, Calvary West at Sugar Grove, and Calvary Benton Street locations.
