The role of the Young Adult Family Pastor is to build the staff, teams, systems, and processes that direct young adults and young families onto pathways designed to help them become fully devoted holistic followers of Christ.

Junior High Pastor (Grades 6th - 8th)

The role of the Junior High Pastor is to build the staff, teams, systems, and processes that direct junior high students onto a pathway of becoming fully devoted holistic followers of Christ.

This generation pastor

The role of the This Generation Pastor is to develop the staff, teams, systems and structures that guide children’s, junior high and high school ministries into clearly developed discipleship pathways that help kids and students become fully devoted holistic followers of Christ.

Head chef

The Head Chef determines how food should be presented and created. They ensure the smooth running of the kitchen at all times and to supervise, train and motivate others with the key aim of delivering quality food to every guest in our café, school program and catered events.

The Lead Preschool-4 Teacher is responsible for providing a safe and nurturing Christian environment for preschool-4 (age 4–5 years) to develop and reach age-appropriate milestones. Our Preschool teachers bring warmth, patience, and understanding to their rooms every day, encouraging children to learn and grow. Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing diversified duties related to building construction, plumbing and electrical work. Position will install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain the facility and the facilities equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives.

Pastoral Care Administrative Assistant

The Pastoral Care Administrative Assistant will be joining a team that shares the care and compassion of Jesus to our Calvary community while uniting under our broad Church vision of knowing God, finding freedom, discovering purpose and making a difference. This opportunity is so much more than a job: It will answer the question, "What can God do through me at Calvary?"

Receptionist (Calvary preschool)

The receptionist will attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face. Supply information regarding the organization to the general public, clients, and customers.

LunchRoom Server

The purpose of the Lunchroom Server is to help prepare and serve hot lunch to school and daycare program in a timely manner. During down times, the Lunchroom Server may be called upon to help in any area of the Cafe.

Our Preschool teachers bring warmth, patience, and understanding to their rooms every day, encouraging children to learn and grow. They are committed to making our center successful and know that creating meaningful relationships with children, families, and their team plays a crucial role in that success. This position is a 12-month position and hours can vary during the summer months.

Before/After School Teacher (School-age)

Our School-age teacher brings warmth, patience, and understanding to their rooms every day, encouraging children to learn and grow. The teacher is responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment, assisting the student with homework and creating age-appropriate activities following the themes of the Kids Club activities for before school hours and after school hours.

groundskeeper

Groundskeeper’s job is to perform routine and extensive range of work in the general maintenance and upkeep of the facility grounds and grounds keeping equipment under general supervision. Grounds include those at Calvary Naperville, Calvary West at Sugar Grove, and Calvary Benton Street locations. 

Barista (Weekdays, 7:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m.)

The barista is responsible for serving all products with friendly, individualized attention towards each customer. The barista fulfills any other duties the Coffee Shop manager assigns and represents the Coffee Shop in a professional manner.
