Worship & Production Coordinator

The Worship & Production Coordinator provides administrative and worship leadership support for Worship and Live Production departments in order to help Calvary Church accomplish our four pillars: Know God, Find Freedom, Discover Purpose, and Make a Difference.

Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Manage the onboarding of new volunteers
  • Ability to lead worship
  • Schedule volunteers for midweek, weekend, and special events
  • Manage the payment of contracted workers
  • Manage the Hospitality Budget for Worship and Live Production
  • Manage CCLI License
  • Reconcile monthly purchases of Worship and Live Production departments
  • Coordinate volunteer social and development sessions
  • Meet regularly with Worship and Live Production staff
  • Participate in All-Staff meetings and events
  • Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or GED; or at least one to two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft office software including Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint and Planning Center Online
