Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Serve as a front-office representative by answering phones, directing calls, greeting visitors, and managing check-in procedures.
- Provide general administrative support including scheduling, document preparation, and communication coordination.
- Assist with student movement between classrooms, lunchrooms, and recess as needed.
- Enter room and resource requests into Planning Center, including audio/visual, food service, and vehicle needs.
- Submit catering orders and manage ice cream orders for lunch sales.
- Coordinate volunteer and driver approval processes.
- Manage the spirit wear store and order shirts for Back 2 School Fair
- Support the Director of Programming & Operations and Director of Admissions in recruiting volunteers for school events.
- Oversee the Room Parent program and maintain communication with parent volunteers.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Head of School or administrative leadership.

Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- One to two years of related administrative or office experience, preferably in a school setting.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms) and general internet applications.
