This April, we invite you to experience something beyond an Easter celebration—you’re invited to Resurrection Weekend. We’re looking past holiday traditions and focusing on the hope, transformation and renewal of Resurrection.
Here's a sneak peak about what to expect on Resurrection weekend!
The Way of the Cross: A Visual Worship Experience
Wednesday, April 9, 7-8 p.m.
After weekend services on April 12 & 13
Friday, April 18, 4-7 p.m. (before Good Friday service)
We are so excited to bring this prayer experience to Calvary for the first time! It is inspired by the Stations of the Cross which is an ancient Christian practice of imagery, scripture, and prayer centered around Jesus’ crucifixion.
This is a 20-30 minute self-guided walk among stations of art, including verses and an audio narrative through our app to guide your experience (so be sure to download our app in advance and bring an audio device with you!). The last station is an opportunity to sit and take Communion on your own, lingering in humility and gratitude for Jesus’ sacrifice.

Calvary's Resurrection Services in 2025?
When you arrive, you'll find life-giving music, a message of hope from Lead Pastor Marty Sloan, and a community of people like you!
Kids
(Birth to grade 5)
Kids will enjoy interactive services as they search for Jesus. The tomb is empty, so where is He? Boys and girls in each age group will enjoy this detective-style experience as they ultimately find that Jesus is alive and is with us! We offer kids’ services during all three weekend services.
Youth
(grades 6–12)
During Resurrection services, Calvary Youth will be joining the adults in the auditorium!
