Worship & Production Pastor (full time)

The Worship and Production Pastor holds a pivotal role in stewarding the vision of Calvary Church through the nuances of the corporate worship experience and the proficiency of audio/visual production. This individual shoulders the dual responsibility of leading in worship while ensuring a seamless production experience. Integral to this role is the mentoring and discipleship of the worship and production teams, including both staff and volunteers. The Worship and Production Pastor will report directly to the Lead Pastor and will be a key member of the Directional Leadership Team.
Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities
· Build a leadership pipeline
· Oversee the planning and execution of Sunday and Midweek Services.
· Lead worship during Sunday and Midweek services.
· Conduct weekly service planning and attend Directional Leadership Team meetings.
· Hold regular one-on-one sessions with Worship and Live Production Directors.
· Plan special ministry events, including Easter, Christmas, and other significant occasions.
· Strategize and oversee scheduling, equipment management, staff challenges, inter-departmental communication, and special projects for Worship and Production departments.
· Manage operational and capital budgets for Worship and Live Production, collaborating closely with the CFO on capital budgeting projects.
· Nurture and develop the Worship and Live Production department staff.
· Establish and nurture a robust recruitment pipeline for both staff and volunteers in the Worship and Live Production departments.
· Foster a harmonious and thriving environment for staff and volunteers.
· Commit to full-time office hours, typically spanning 40-50 hours per week from Sunday through Thursday.

· Associate or Bachelor level of education
· At least 3-5 years of experience as Worship Pastor in a large church (1,000+)
