Pastor Joel is the son of Bob Schmidgall, the founding pastor of Calvary! He is also the Executive Pastor of the Capitol Hill campus of National Community Church in Washington DC. Pastor Joel and his wife Nina are authors of "Praying Circles Around your Marriage." They live on Capitol Hill with their three kids: Eloise, Ezekiel, and Lorenza.
