The barista is responsible for serving all products with friendly, individualized attention towards each customer. The barista fulfills any other duties the Foodservice manager assigns and represents the Coffee Shop in a professional manner.

Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Maintains the highest quality, consistent product standards.
  • Follows all Starbuck’s drink recipes and procedures.
  • Proficiently prepares hot, blended and cold beverages.
  • Greets all customers with fast, friendly, personalized service.
  • Accurately rings sales orders into cash register.
  • Restocks shelves when necessary.
  • Routinely cleans the tables and chairs and work area and takes out trash, etc.
  • Runs errands, when needed, to pick up supplies and/or product.
  • Opening and closing duties
  • Other duties as assigned
