Camilo Buchanan
Young Adult Ministry Director at Passion City Church
Camilo Buchanan is a pastor, speaker, writer, and leader based in Atlanta, GA. Born to Jamaican immigrants and raised in Georgia, his story of redemption fuels his passion to help young adults become who God made them to be. He co-founded The Real Movement, hosts The Pass Down podcast, and now serves as the Young Adult Ministry Director at Passion City Church. Camilo lives in Atlanta with his wife, Emily, and their puppy, Rummi.
Terry Parkman
Global Ministries Pastor at River Valley Church
Terry Parkman is the Global Lead for Empowered21 NextGen and the Global NextGen Ambassador for OneHope, helping raise up Spirit-empowered leaders around the world. With over 20 years in ministry and a doctorate in Missiology, Terry is passionate about seeing the next generation step into their God-given purpose.
He lives in Minneapolis MN with his wife, Christina, and their daughters, Avalie and Nova.

Mike Alvarez
Mike's goal within Young Adult ministry is to help young adults lay the right foundation for their lives. He's been involved in next-generation ministry for over 20 years, serving at churches in Michigan, Texas, Arizona and throughout the Chicagoland. Besides enjoying serving the local church, He is a HUGE Marvel fan, and a self-proclaimed burger connoisseur!
