Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities
- Help organize and plan activities and events.
- Answer overseeing director’s telephone calls and give information to callers/schedule general appointments.
- Greet scheduled visitors and conduct to appropriate area or person.
- Submit electronic requests to various departments for sound, equipment, personnel, printed items, bulletin announcements, etc.
- Submit electronic requisitions for rooms, vehicles, and booth reservations.
- Submit catering orders for departmental events.
- Prepare mailings/mail merges (letters/postcards/emails).
- Prepare check requests, collect payments, and prepare deposits for Business Office.
- Disseminate information of and follow-up with prospective volunteers.
- Organize and maintain file system, and file correspondence and other records.
- Order and maintain supplies, and arrange for equipment maintenance.
- Provide backup for switchboard, as needed.
- Assist with workflows for Connections and Growth Track
- Perform other duties as required

Education and Experience
- High school diploma, or at least two to three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Programs – knowledge and experience of the Internet and Microsoft Office software and office equipment.
