Foodservice Server/Fry Cook (part time)

Foodservice Server/Fry Cook can be scheduled to assist the Chef at the Fry Station or to Serve Prepared Foods from the steamtable serving line in the Bistro Café.

Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Assists Chef in preparing food products for the steamtable serving line.
  • Serves customers as they make food selections from the steamtable.
  • Breakdown and clean the steamtable area at the close of business.
  • Help with washing dishes, pans and serving utensils in the Bistro Cafe.
  • Practices safe, sanitary food handling for food preparation.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • If Scheduled at the fry station, this employee will do the following:
    • Assist Chef with setting up the Grill Station before opening.
    • Prepare all Fried Foods in the Deep Fryer.
  • Assemble & distribute customer orders to the pickup counter.
  • Breakdown and clean work station at close of business.
