Main Responsibilities
- Recruit, develop, coach, and oversee Guest Experience volunteers
- Manage the scheduling and training of all volunteers
- Oversee the upkeep of all supplies and data entry
- Assist the Guest Experience Director with projects and tasks as directed
Key Requirements
- Experience with building and managing teams
- Strong administrative, communication, and interpersonal skills
- A passion for making all guests feel at home, especially those who are new to Calvary
- An enthusiastic and hospitable demeanor
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- The ability to create systems and structure, but to go with the flow when needed
Work Schedule
- 20 hours per week
- TBD weekdays 11 hours total + Saturdays 4–8 p.m., Sundays 8:00 a.m.–1 p.m.
