Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities
- Manage the follow-up processes to ensure the timeliness and effectiveness of the Next Steps team, including, but not limited to, Growth Track, Baptisms, First-Time Guests, and First-time decisions and Rededications.
- Own the Next Steps dashboard to capture, analyze, and report on all metrics for Next Steps, including, but not limited to, Growth Track, Baptisms, First-Time Guests, First-time decisions, and Rededications.
- Recruit, develop, and coach individuals who are eager to join the Next Steps Serve team.
- Serve and support the discipleship classes as needed to serve our people well, i.e., New Believer’s class, Growth Track class, and Water Baptism class.
- Support Membership Pathway, i.e., support questions, follow-up, and scheduling any membership meetings.
- Support, organize, and coordinate membership banquets.
- Serve, support, and lead all baptisms.

- Experience in logistical planning and scheduling to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Strong in data-driven decision-making and use of reporting tools
- An analytical mind and experience building metrics dashboards
- General proficiency with technology and apps, including Microsoft Office
Education and Experience
- High school diploma, or at least two to three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Programs – knowledge and experience of the Internet and Microsoft Office software and office equipment.
