Responsibilities
Support the Small Groups Pastor in the successful launch of Small Group semesters throughout the year, including:
- Small Group Leader and Small Group set-ups into the church’s management software system (Planning Center)
- Assist leaders through the onboarding process with scheduling, space reservations, curriculum, memberships, queries, attendance, activations to the online video library (RightNow Media)
- Departmental requests for a/v needs, signage needs and other supplies/resources
- Ordering small group resources/materials as needed
- Capturing and uploading weekly small group attendance
- Perform other duties as required

Education and Experience
- High school diploma/GED; some college preferred but not required; at least one to two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of Internet, Microsoft office software including Word, Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Zoom.us a plus
Physical Requirements
To successfully perform the essential responsibilities of this role, the employee will need to:
- Do computer data entry on a consistent basis
- Do occasionally more walking or standing on high small group volume/traffic campus days (includes directional sign setup and breakdown)
