Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities
- Build a special needs ministry - Create systems and structure for ministry
- Develop strategy that compliments the Children’s ministry
- Oversee room usage
- Manage equipment
- Maintain a level of excellence
- Build teams - Invest in the people who will minister to students
- Develop a leadership team
- Develop a system of mentors for inclusive ministry
- Develop a team of one on one ministers for specialized learning
- Resource teams - Manage teaching and safety resources
- Train all leaders
- Oversee curriculum strategic development
- Create safe and secure environments

Education and Experience
- High school diploma, or at least two to three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Programs – knowledge and experience of the Internet and Microsoft Office software and office equipment.
