We are excited that you are interested in being part of the NXT Kids team at Calvary Church! There are many ways through which you can become involved, and we will work with you to find the best fit. The process of involvement goes as follows:
Application
Each piece of the process is important and will help to better serve you as part of the NXT Kids team! Thank you for serving with us!
Application
- Fill out a NXT Kids application
- Background check is completed
- Names are submitted to Calvary Church staff for approval
- Have conversation with NXT Kids Staff
- Complete training
- Be invited to be part of the NXT Kids team
- Receive your NXT Kids name badge
- Observe in age-level NXT Kids ministry of your choice
- Placed in permanent room
- Integrated into Service Small Group
- Attend all training and development meetings
